How many times have you tried to implement changes in your habits only to end up right back where you started?
What went wrong?
Coaching takes a client from where they are to where they want to be. The client is always the driver - in charge of the destination. A coach makes sure the driver stays focused and on course throughout their journey.
This requires a time and energy commitment from both the client and the coach. I expect my clients to show up and do the work. I promise to do the same. Prior to setting your big goals, we’ll spend time auditing your life: your values, interests, priorities, needs, habits, and more. Giving you the space to become self-aware will lead us to setting a goal that really matters to you. When we know our why, we’re more likely to achieve our goals.
Together, we’ll get you to where you want to be.
I recommend a three month package to start. Developing lasting habits requires a consistent routine for at least two months - research suggests 66 days or more. Coaching means you don’t have to do it alone and will be more likely to stay on course. I offer one month and six month packages as well.

“Sarah is a natural coach. She’s incredibly professional and so easy to talk to. An excellent listener who asks the right questions to play back your own words for you to really hear and understand them. It was crazy the clarity I got during my sessions with her. You really feel like you’re talking to a friend.”

"I certainly didn't make it easy for Sarah. It took me several sessions before I admitted that the original goal that I came with, was not what I actually wanted to work on at all. It was what I thought that I should work on. But Sarah was great! She patiently continued to ask me valuable questions that helped me to get more honest with myself and uncover what I truly want for my life, and where my current priorities lie. I always felt at ease speaking with Sarah. I would definitely recommend her coaching services!"
